📝 New Article Creation Process

✅ Step 1: Add Keywords

• Navigate to the Keyword Library.

• Add or select Primary Keywords (used for topic targeting).

• System will automatically generate related Secondary Keywords.

✅ Step 2: Create a New Article

• Go to the Article Management or Content Section.

• Click on “Create New Article” or “Generate Article”.

• Choose:

  • CatSite (the target website or category)

  • Keyword Cluster (primary + secondary)

  • Tone/Language (if applicable)

✅ Step 3: AI Article Generation

• Click Generate.

• The system uses the selected keywords to generate a full-length article using AI.

• During generation:

  • Status will show as “In Progress”

  • Article will be auto-saved in draft mode

✅ Step 4: Review & Edit (Optional)

• Once generated, preview the article.

• You can manually:

  • Edit title, body, or meta description

  • Change tone or structure

  • Add internal/external links

✅ Step 5: Save or Publish

• Choose to either:

  • Save as Draft for later review

  • Publish the article (if integrated with the CMS)

• Article status updates to:

  • Published, Draft, or Pending Review

✅ Step 6: Post-Creation Checks

• Check for:

  • Duplicate article issues

  • Keyword relevance

  • Article count per CatSite (to ensure limits are met)

  • Title status (primary or secondary)

🛠️ Troubleshooting

• If the article is stuck in generation:

  • Refresh the queue or check error logs

• If duplicate articles are detected:

  • Regenerate or assign different keywords

• If the article doesn’t match keyword ranking:

  • Verify keyword selection or re-cluster
